Register and get approved
Vetanika has one door for companies: registration. Nobody is created behind the scenes — every company, including the platform's own, comes in through this form and is approved by a platform administrator.
What to have ready
- The legal name of the company (as on GST/PF registrations)
- The state where payroll is run — this decides Professional Tax and state levies
- Your work email — it becomes the owner login and must be verified
- Whether you are a self-managed company (running your own payroll) or a provider / consultancy (running payroll for client companies). See Provider or self-managed? before choosing.
Steps
- Open Register your company from the login page.
- Fill the form and submit. You receive a verification mail; verify it — an unverified account can sign in but reaches only the verification screen.
- A platform administrator reviews the request. On approval, your company, its organisation record, your owner login and default permissions are provisioned in one step.
- Sign in. Your first stop is First sign-in and your workspace.
Picked the wrong type?
Company type can be changed later by a platform administrator from the Companies console — promotion to provider re-runs the provider provisioning, so nothing needs re-registering. See Companies and company type.
