Adding a client company
Providers onboard clients from Company → Client companies → Onboard.
What onboarding creates
- The client company and its organisation, linked to yours by an active service relationship
- Its payroll opt-in and its own statutory registration flags (PF / ESIC registered, PT state)
- Your rights to operate it — every member of your firm who holds the global operate-clients grant sees it immediately
What to fill
- Legal name, state, PF/ESIC registration status
- Run cutoff policy: on the month's last date or after month end (decides when a month becomes runnable)
- The client's email is optional — it is used only if you later invite their staff as members
After onboarding
Switch into the client (company switcher or Open on the list) and set up its salary structures, then import employees and initiate the financial year.
Billing
A client company never pays. Its runs count toward your pooled package, its invoices are issued to your firm, and the Billing page inside the client shows your account with a note saying so.
