Companies and company type

The Companies console lists every company with its state, type and cutoff policy. Open steps into it (platform administrators act in any company).

Type shows Self-managed or Provider with a Change control. Promotion to provider re-runs the provider provisioning for the company's owners (client-companies grant and the global operate-clients rights), idempotently. Demotion is refused while the provider still has active clients.
