The one-cycle grace

The month you run is never blocked. If it goes unpaid, the next month waits: the run page opens a notice with the outstanding amount and the coming month's estimate, and two buttons — Pay dues & unlock or Pay dues + this month — both landing on the Billing page with the right choice preselected. Not now keeps the notice reachable and the Process button paused.

The grace is one cycle, not a standing facility.

Asking for time

Explain and ask for time opens a short request — what happened, when you can pay — that reaches the platform as a support ticket. Relief is granted at the platform's discretion and shows on your ledger as a plain support credit; a temporary waiver lets payroll run while the dues stand, until the promised date.

Providers' clients

A client's run gates on the provider's dues. The notice explains, and paying opens the provider's account.
