Templates

Payroll → Payslip Template. Colour presets or custom colours, logo, which statutory identifiers to print (designation, department, UAN, PF number, ESIC number, PAN, bank account), signatory block and declaration. The live preview is the renderer — what you see is what prints.

Frozen at run time

A run freezes the template in force. Changing the template later affects new runs; re-run a month to apply a new template to it.

Getting slips out

• Slip drawer on the run page — one employee, print or download
• Download payslips — a zip of PDFs for the month
• Email — through the outbox with the company's SMTP identity; delivery status per slip

What prints only when relevant

PT and TDS rows print only where the levy applies — a switched-off PT or an excluded-from-TDS director shows no row rather than "0". An open head prints only when something was earned on it. Arrears print as their own earning row.
