Full and final settlement

For an exited employee: the final month's earnings (up to the exit date), leave encashment, gratuity where applicable, notice adjustments, recoveries — one settlement run with its own slip. The run page offers a settlement before the month's cutoff (the exit exception), so leavers are not held to the calendar.

Pending arrears for an exited employee are paid as a settlement addendum.
