Offers and appointment

Offers are the front door to employment: compose from a template with the company letterhead, attach the fitment (structure + CTC), send, track acceptance, and convert to an appointment — which creates the prospective employee with the offered fitment.

• Templates — Offer templates hold the wording and letterhead; placeholders fill from the offer.
• Dual attachments — the letter and the annexure travel together.
• States — draft → sent → accepted / declined / expired → appointed.
• On appointment the person appears in the roster as prospective until the joining month.
