Appearance
Attendance, OT and open earnings
Attendance
Calendar days, working days, present days, paid leave days, full and half days (daily basis), payable hours (hourly basis). LOP is derived. Attendance can be imported from the company's sheet with the register's own headers.
Proration
Each head prorates by payable days (default) or presence only (flag on the head). Fixed heads prorate too; open heads never. For package structures statutory and net follow the earned heads — a person present 8 of 30 days owes PF on the basic actually earned.
Overtime
Company policy: rate basis (hourly from contracted gross, or a fixed rate), multiplier, unit (hours, days, or direct amount). Employees opt in individually. OT is an earning computed from actual hours; statutory follows the company's OT policy.
Open earnings
If the structure has an open head, its column appears for those employees only. The amount joins earnings before statutory — PF and ESIC follow the head's flags.
Reimbursements and other deductions
Reimbursement is non-wage (no statutory, added to net). Other deduction carries a note that prints on the slip.
