Resetting a test company

The reset script removes a company's payroll history and employees (lines, runs, counters, attendance, arrears schedules, rectifications, revisions, lifecycle events, import batches, employees) and keeps the company, members, structures, templates, offers, financial years, groups, overrides, tickets and everything on the money side. Run it with @DryRun = 1 first — the counts table looks identical in both modes; only the Messages line differs.
