• Package — the amount charged for a month, decided by the band the processed headcount falls in
• Pooled — a provider's clients counted together for the package
• One-cycle grace — the run is never blocked; the next month waits for the bill
• Carry-forward — half of the trailing year's unused credit, applied at a yearly recharge
• Open head — a structure head whose amount is entered per employee per run
• Package structure — all non-open heads fixed; each employee carries their own amounts
• Override — a recorded deviation from a platform statutory set
• 2(88) wage — ESIC wage under CoSS: max(Basic+DA, 50 % of gross)
• Arrear ECR — the PF portal's separate upload for arrears contributions
• Rectification — a superseding revision that corrects a wrong one
• Relief — platform-granted time (waiver) or value (credit) against dues
