Vetanika is payroll software for Indian establishments — monthly salary processing with Provident Fund, ESIC, Profession Tax and TDS computed in, from offer letter to full & final settlement. It serves self-managed companies running their own payroll and professional service providers operating payroll for many clients.
The design convictions are simple: statutory arithmetic must be right and inspectable; billing should follow use, stated plainly, with meters instead of surprises; a salary day is never hostage to an invoice; and an establishment’s payroll history belongs to the establishment. These convictions are written into the Terms of Use so they bind us, not just describe us.
Vistrut Technologies & Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited is a software company at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, building products for accounting and statutory work in India — Vetanika among them — alongside consulting on the same subjects.
Vistrut’s roots are in practice, not in product alone: the associated accounting practice, Vistrut Accounting, serves clients on payroll, PF, ESIC, Profession Tax, GST and TDS compliance — and is Vetanika’s first and most demanding user. Features arrive because a real filing, a real inspection or a real client needed them; they ship when they have survived actual month-ends.
